Our on demand services are the UBER of male grooming.
Shortlisted and highly commended for the GQ Grooming Awards Best Wellness Experience 2019, our MINT team will provide your selected treatments at a time and place that suits you!

FAQ'S
BOOKINGS
- Appointments are offered 6am – 11pm/7 days a week.
- Treatments are bookable through this platform – payment to be made via credit/debit card at the time of booking.
- Bookings cannot be taken over the phone.
- There is a minimum spend of £40 in any one category.
- Upon receiving the booking request, we will allocate a member of the MINT PRO team to the treatment – the booking is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us.
TREATMENTS
- We provide haircuts, shaves, massages, facials, nails, waxing, threading, clippering and makeup for men on an on demand basis.
- All rates listed for treatments are fully inclusive of the MINT PRO travelling to you, as well as the products/kit they use. If you would like to leave a tip, please hand to the MINT PRO directly.
WOMEN’S/COUPLE’S TREATMENTS
- Most services are tailored to men although some of the generic treatments (facials, massages, nails, some waxing/threading treatments) are also suitable for women.
- Nail treatments do not list a polish application on the app or website but this is included in the price quoted, if required.
MINT PROS
- All our MINT PROs are qualified, experienced, insured and interviewed/DBS checked for security.
- For VIPs and Press we can send someone from our Elite team or a preferred PRO.
- If a PRO is late or doesn’t show up to the booking, please use the contact information below to report this.
FOR ALL BOOKINGS
- Our MINT PRO will arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment time to set up.
- You should set up the space in which you require the treatment, with towels if required, beforehand.
- An accessible sink, hot water, waste bin and mirror (if required) should be available for the MINT PRO to use.
CANCELLING A BOOKING
- You will need to email or WhatsApp MINT directly to cancel the booking using the contact methods below and the following cancellation fees will apply:
- More than 24 hours before the treatment time = no fee charged.
- 12-24 hours before = 75% of treatment cost.
- No show – 12 hours before = 100% charge.
- Phone call cancellations will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
- In the case you would like to request a refund for a treatment which has already been carried out, please email full details of your booking to support@mintondemand.co within 72 hours of the treatment time.
- Refunds can take up to 14 days to action.
