This more-ish fish and green vegetables crumble is comfort at its best. Salmon, cod and smoked haddock happily swim with peas, broccoli, carrots and kale in a very light béchamel (no milk or cheese in it at all!) . This delicious combination is then topped with a crunchy and oat-y crumble. You are well positioned to reach your five-a-day in one serving with plenty of omega-3 fatty acids along the way and a very satisfied grin once you’ve polished it all off. It took me many attempts and variations to arrive to this version, and I must say this is quite one of my favourites.
INGREDIENTS: salmon (fish), smoked haddock (fish), cod (fish), carrots, potatoes, broccoli, peas, kale, vegetable stock (contains celery), butter (cow's milk), creme fraiche (cow's milk), flour (gluten), oat, whole wheat breadcrumb (gluten, sesame seeds, soya flour, barley flour), cheddar cheese (cow's milk), black pepper.
NET WEIGHT:
FOR ONE = 1 ADULT: 400g - serves 1 adult generously and 2 to 3 children
FOR FOUR - 4 ADULTS: 1.5kg
FOR SIX - 6 ADULTS: 2.3kg
