Self defence and martial arts instructor, parkour coach and personal trainer
I am a personal trainer who specialises in various forms of fitness and self-defence including martial arts, Parkour/free running, weight loss, mobility/flexibility, body composition training and general health.

ABOUT ME

I've been practicing martial arts since I was 10 years old reaching a 2nd degree black belt in tae kwon do competing internationally. During that time I took up other fighting styles such as Muay Thai, Boxing, Wing chun kung fu and eastern weaponry. In my late teens I took on the urban sport of free running and martial arts also developing skills as a stunt man putting me on the big screen. I became a highly qualified personal trainer taking on different courses expanding my knowledge and gaining a passion to teach people and pass on what I know. I'm located in North West London and am willing to commute to your home address.  I can work with all ages and abilities of fitness. Whatever your target is we can work together to achieve this. I'm a fun individual who loves to help people achieve their goals.

FAQ'S

Where can we train?
  • Martial arts and Parkour can be learnt ANYWHERE. local parks are a good choice for self defence or martial arts and we can take to the urban street for some free running and explore London like you've never seen it before. However training in ones home is the most comfortable setting for any individual as long as we have adequate space.
Why should I spend money on an individual coach if I can go to a class or teach myself
  • Going to a class for some of these arts can be wise, but the vast majority are "cocky" coaches with ego driven classes, this can be quite intimidating. In all of my experience in training people, people would give up and lose hope because of a bad first impression or being pushed too hard. Yes it is good to be pushed but not for one who has no experience, either way, I can help you find YOUR way as an individual and not be forced into a system, I am simply teaching you to find yourself.
How soon will I see the results?
  • It is entirely up to you, complete beginners will be introduced slowly and I will tailor your curriculum to suit your speed of learning once we begin with our first lesson.
What do I need to bring to our lessons?
  • It depends on what you want to learn... comfortable clothes of course. For martial arts, if you have boxing gloves that will be enough. If you plan on learning parkour then I would advise grippy footwear and durable gloves.
I struggle with motivation and have very little budget. What can I do?
  • You might like to consider training with a friend or family member. You may bring a partner to train with and I will tailor the session for you two to train together for the price of ONE. now thats a deal!
